We can help you get a visa quickly and reliably because we have a lot of experience and strong connections in the industry. The Umrah is a short trip to Makkah that can be done at any time. Even though Umrah is not as important as Hajj, Muslims are strongly encouraged to do it. Umrah can be split into two different kinds. Umrah can be done with Hajj, which is called Umrah-tul-tammatu, or it can be done on its own, which is called al-Umrah-tul mufradah.
Requirements
• Umrah was stopped in 2020 because of fears that the Covid infection would spread (COVID19). But now, Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has made it possible for some travellers to do Umrah. All pilgrims who want to do Hajj or Umrah in Saudi Arabia should pay attention to the (FCDO) pilgrimage trip to Saudi Arabia direction.
• The candidate must have a passport that is valid for at least six more months and can be used to get into Saudi Arabia and to get to the next place. There should be at least two empty visa pages close to each other in the passport.
• Every candidate must send a recent colour photo the size of a passport with a white background. The photo should show the visa applicant’s whole face, with the right side of their face facing the camera. We do not accept views from the side or at an angle. (Some travel professionals need two-tone pictures, one for the visa application and one for the group ID card.)
• The candidate must show a completed application form that has been signed and stamped by an authorised travel agency. This form can be written by hand or printed.
• On the application forms, the Mahram must list all the details about his travelling companion, children, or any other family members he is travelling with. He should also give copies of the certificates of his marriage or birth.
•To do Hajj, women must go with a Mahram. Proof of a connection should be sent along with the application form. Any woman over 45 can go to Hajj without a Mahram as long as she has a letter from her Mahram saying that he doesn’t have any problems with her going with the group. This letter needs to be okayed.
• The candidate should be in possession of a non-refundable round-trip ticket with confirmed reservations.
•The person must show proof that they have been vaccinated against meningitis and ACYW135. For both polio and meningitis, immunisation records are needed for babies and kids under 15 years old. Immunizations for kids older than 15 should be given the same way they are given to adults. Before going to Saudi Arabia, the vaccination certificate should be good for at least 10 days and no more than three years.
• Each pilgrim must send two certified checks or cashier checks made out to the Unified Agents Office in Jeddah for pilgrimage services. For example, guides, Zamzam water experts, comfortable tents in Mina and Arafat, and transportation costs. These checks should have the traveler’s name, passport number, the date, and the place where the problem happened. Each person who wants to run should pay the necessary fees.
• Pilgrims can choose to send one payment that covers both costs. Children between the ages of 7 and 15 should only pay half of the total price. Children under seven years old don’t have to pay.
